every pound is 454g
plus 30gper ounce.
10lb=4540

I convert the ounces first-- because there are 16 oz in 1 lb, divide the 3 oz by 16. You get 0.19. add the answer to the 10 pounds to get 10.19 lbs. Then to get kg, divide that by 2.2. So 10.19 divided by 2.2 is 4.63 kg.
