Contract/Temporary, Temp to Hire, On Call

I have a job interview for a Contract/Temporary, Temp to Hire, On Call what does this mean and does it usually mean you work part time or full time. And is their usually a time to temp like 3weeks or 5 month usually. And do you make more as a temp worker and do u usually have set hours.

There is no standard practice. You will need to get specifics from the hiring agency.

"Temp" usually means that you are filling a vacant position according to the same schedule/hours that it a normal employee would have. These positions are unlikely to be paid more than a regular employee. All of the conditions, including benefits (there may be none) should be clearly explained in the paperwork you receive. Some temps are actually treated as independent contractors, with no FICA deductions... you receive a 1099 form at the end of the year and have to pay your own taxes. This can bite you in the rear if you are not careful.

Do not confuse temporary with a "PRN" position. PRN staff usually make more than the regular FT or PT employees, but may not be eligible for benefits. The work commitment may differ, but normally PRN staff must work a certain number of hours per pay period a specific number of holidays, and have to respond to 'on call' requests within a specified time period. If you don't meet the requirements, they just terminate you.
