Supposed to fly out in am for assignment in cali and contract is wrong .. if I cant get in changed in time will not travel without a contract signed. If I have to cancel am I liable for anything? NO CONTRACT was signed

Persoally, I would not leave town without a contract. In the good ole days a hand shake and a man or woman's word was all you needed, but not in today society.

Hello, Justagirl,:balloons:

If you do not have a written contract, you are not liable for anything.

[ Contracts should be signed before traveling. However, if not, it is really the companies best interest to get it signed as soon as possible. You aren't liable until the deed is done. The deed being the contract. If the company doesn't sign the contract, somebody is going to have egg all over their face. You just don't want it to be YOU.!!!!
