You will need to contact universities in Australia, they may have different requirements plus may only be 3 year course not 4. You will probably have to pay International fees which are usually higher

There is not a nursing school anywhere that will let one just continue on with your studies in their program. They never accept all of the credits that you have taken and more than likely will not even accept much of your training if the degree or certification is not already completed first.

There is no way that you will be able to continue on for just a year and get a degree from there, just not going to happen. Big question would be as to why you are stopping your program there first of all.

And we ask that you use proper grammar and punctuation as you will have to pass the series of English exams to be able to go to school there as well as work there as an RN.

You will be much further ahead to complete your studies where you are first so that you can obtain licensure.
