Continuing Education Online Courses for RNs

So I graduated in June 2016 and recently started my first full-time nursing job in November 2016. I absolutely love my job but it is a very different branch of nursing and I don't feel I am being challenged as much as I would like to be. I've always loved learning, especially anything medical related and my ultimate goal is eventually to teach labs for nursing students. I'm wondering if anyone out there can reccomend some good online courses (preferably those I can walk away from with a certificate of completion, etc.) to continue my learning. I would love to take an advanced health assessment course or something a long those lines. However, with working full-time, I would need it to be online. Any suggestions? I also reside and practice in Ontario, Canada, if that helps narrow things down. Thanks in advance! :)
