To immigrate you need a BSN and with retrogression you will need to go home and wait your turn. And apply when you get your BSN.
In short once your tourist visa expires you need to leave the country. There is tons of information on how to apply for a green card. Depending what country you were born in this could be 5 or more years of waiting.
My question in how did you get your LPN license without a SSN?
