Hello,
I'm scheduled for interview and preparing the contract/job offer. When I told the lawyer preparing the contract that it should be notarized, he said in California, unless the person actually signs in front of the notary public, it cannot be done.
QUESTION: In the interview, is it absolutely necessary that the contract/job offer is notarized by a US notary public? Please help.
