confused on registration thingy...

thanks to blessed for rooting for me, uuuuummmm... i have applied for lpn licensure here in guam because they require a cgfns. my classmates in the review class say that if i register in california i can take the rn exam without the cgfns. my question is, do i apply for the licensure in california here in guam or do i have to download the application forms from california? because my transcripts are already here in guam and has been approved already. i don't think i can have my school send another one to california because it gets messed up, i had to go back to the philippines just to hurry up the process of sending my transcripts to guam. can i apply for the california licensure using guam's application? pls help.... thanks!!

Calfornia requires their own application. Not sure what type of visa that you are planning on yusing, but if you are planning to work in the US and get a green card, then the LPN license will not do you any good. The RN is required.
