Confused in Casa Grande

Hi everyone i'm mandie we just moved to casa grande a little less then a month ago. My question is i'v been an LPN in pennsylvania for about 4 years and I'm confused on how to transfere my nursing licence to Arizona. When i went online to AZBN they didn't help much and I'm also having a hard time reaching someone in the Phoenix office. If anybody has any suggestion please let me know.. Thanks so much.....

You do not transfer a license, you will still keep the one that you have.

You need to fill out the application that is called "License by Endorsement" and just follow what it tells you to do. It is that simple.

hi, i just wondered if you are planning to work at casa grande regional health centre? a few of us from uk have got jobs there and are relocating in the next few months
