Did you go to nursing school internationally?
If you did, you have to take both CGFNS and TOEFL (test of english as a foreign language).
You will also need a letter from your nursing school stating that you completed the program. The cost for the application is $225.
There are also other requirements and paperwork that you will need. You can get a copy of the application on the NJ BON website and the application will explain what you need to do.
Here is a link to the application for graduates of foreign nursing schools: http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/nursing/fornurse_app.pdf
Apply as soon as possible because the NJ BON is slow.

Hi, in NJ , you don't need to take CGFNS exam. You need CES and passing score in TOEFL or IELTS. You need to go to CGFNS site (cgfns.org),create an account and order that service - CES. You can go to cgfns.org for details. God bless!
