conferences

hi everyone! Which conferences do you find are beneficial to attend for current RNs? I'm trying to identify conferences that are usually attended by RNs vs leadership conferences. It's for a project for one of my classes. Thank you for your help!

Many specialty organizations will have their own conferences. Many facilities will also provide various conferences. The ones that are beneficial are going to vary depending on who you ask- a conference on the care of stroke patients isn't really relevant to me as a cardiac OR nurse but will be relevant to nurses working in neuro units. AORN's conference isn't going to be relevant to anyone who doesn't work in surgery, but it will be very relevant to me.

I am an ortho nurse and need trauma hours so I usually go to 2 trauma conferences a year. I can get my ortho hours through specialty organization opportunities.
