hey everyone,

just wanted to get a separate thread going for those of us who have applied to cui's absn program for the summer/fall 2011 entrance. has anyone been invited for an interview yet?

Yay! My status has been changed to accepted! I can't wait to meet everyone! Please add me to the facebook group too! For those of you still waiting, don't give up - I have prayed and wished everyday since I got that waitlist letter.

:D we are now up to 13 on the Facebook page - I know there are more of you out there...somewhere :) By now most of the deposits have been paid, so maybe there is still hope for those wait listed to get a call soon!

Do you mind telling me what the date is that the deposits are due? Then I can hopefully get an idea of when I may be hearing from them!

Mine was due a few days ago. I think they are all different due dates, considering they are due within 5 business days from the date of your letter. I have heard people getting calls all week this week, so they have until next week to pay :)

is there a thread for concordia accelerated BSN fall 2011 and has anyone submitted their application for that yet? :) and congrats to all who received an interview for summer 2011's cohort!

Here's a new thread for Fall 2011. Applications are due in a week and a half! I've got finals next week and then I'm done!

Hi everyone =)

I will be submitting all my paperwork soon. That way, I can be at peace for the lovely 3-day weekend! I wish you all the best and hope to meet w/you during the interview....think positive and have faith. It all works out for the best in the end. I believe we will receive news mid-July.

All of us deserve to get a great education so we can shine as nurses and make a difference in people's lives....I can't wait to start my career!!!

It was so good meeting you on Saturday! I didn't realize that you had already interviewed last time as well? So that made 2 people in our group who had already interviewed. wow! Did you get waitlisted last time or asked to reapply? did you feel a little better this time around kind of knowing what to expect? Hopefully we hear something soon. did you find out if anyone else in our group was on allnurses.com? I think we had a fun group! Take care!

Don't go to Concordia University Irvine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am warning you guys, horrible teachers, horrible grading, lots of people failed and had to drop out!!!!!!!!!!

They will seriously ruin your life!!!!

Very tricky exams!!!!!!!!!!!!!

People with Bachelors in sciences are failing classes!!!!

Go to different schools if possible, I wish I could tell you otherwise since there are only few accelerated BSN. However, the truth is that all they care about is money!!!!!
