Hi everyone! I noticed that there wasn't a thread yet for CUI's Fall 2021 ABSN program and wanted to start one! Is there anyone else applying?

The admissions just got back with interview invitations this week. Good luck to everyone who have applied!

My undergrad GPA wasn't the best, but I did some prereqs as I moved here to California and knocked it out of the ball park haha. I have a strong essay writing background, and I was thinking maybe that is what may have helped me with my application.
I also have some medical scribe experience as well as medical billing. I've also done some interning in a major hospital out-of-state.

I just received an invitation this morning for an  interview! I was wondering what are some good tips when coming into this interview to help me stand out? Thanks and good luck to everyone!

I lied, it is not on this page, but I think it's part of "Concordia University Irvine ABSN Summer 2021". Supposedly, they ask simple questions like "why do you want to become a nurse" and so on.

Hi everyone! Do any of you know if the photos has to be exactly 600x600 or can it be less? If so, is there a way to reformat the photo size? TIA!

It's just up to 600 × 600 px.

Basically a square pic that's no larger than what they're asking for. Just try to get it as close as possible. Can readjust on photoshop, ms paint, 3D paint and then save it as JPEG.

Don't stress over the 2X2.  I took a picture with my cell phone and cropped it to 600x600.  Treat it like a (hopefully better than that terrible picture) driver's license or passport photo.

Thank you so much both! My photo ended up being 554 x 600 and 78Kb. I hope that’s close enough

Hello! 
did anyone get a confirmation email from them yet? I sent an email confirming my interview and sent a picture as well but im not sure if I sent the photo exactly the way they wanted!
