Any pre-nursing applicants to CUI's ABSN program for Fall 2013? Deadlines are right around the corner!

I haven't received any "important" emails as of July 30th. I have nothing before that. And Facebook sounds great!

Hello future nurses!!! I noticed that you guys started a fb page. I am in your class and was wondering if you can accept me to join the group. I'm sure we are going to run into some issues down the line and communication is key among our our class. So far, I have submitted my Federal Loan, my private loan, and enrolled in the online classes. Am I missing anything? Oh yeah, let me know if you guys have purchased the books yet for the on line courses.

For NTHL-101:

Case For Christ by Strobel (ISBN 0310209307)

Called To Believe by Mueller (ISBN 1597529958)

For NTHL-202:

Called By The Gospel: Intro to the New Testament by Middendorf & Schuler (ISBN 1556355262)

Order Restored; A Biblical Interpretation of Health Medicine & Healing by Ludwig (ISBN 0570042720)

For me, it was easy to get a book voucher from the Bursar's Office so that I don't spend anything out of pocket. I walked over to the bookstore, picked up my books, submitted the voucher and I was done!

I don't believe there's a difference in the course, just the number of students allowed in each section. I was under the impression that the online courses were starting August 19, but I haven't heard anything definite yet. I presume they would give us enough time to get the books and other supplies necessary to prepare for the course before it starts. I also chose the first section listed in the email for both courses.
