Completing references more than once?

Hi, I was just wondering about something. Let’s say you interviewed for two different positions in the same hospital but also worked with different recruiters for each position. Would this mean you would need your references to be filled out twice? Or is once enough?

Use the telephone. Ask the recruiters if they share or if they want you to send copies. Since references are usually originals, they will probably share.
