Completed LVN Probation, now applying for RN licensure (Application Denied)

Hello I am wondering if anyone has been through this situation. I completed LVN probation Jan 2019. RN application was initially denied Nov 2018, I was allowed to sit for the NClex (I did Jan 2019) with conditions of not receiving results until an agreement was made with the Attorney General. I called the BRN and they told me statement of issues is being drafted, OMG!! I am so nervous, could they possibly want me to do more probation. I completed LVN probation and was given early term. My criminal history stems from 2002-2009 and I have not been in trouble since. DUI-2002 DUI-2005 Disturbing peace 2007 and Driving on suspended license 2008&2009. All charges have been expunged, Addiction eval, letters of all kind and completed LVN probation. Not sure what else they want from me, I am beyond tired and frustrated. I have paid for my past over and over, missing out on job opportunity, feeling defeated. I have invested too much in this field, my education and I just can not walk away. At this point I can not do another round of probation, so I am patiently waiting and hoping for at the least a letter of reprimand. Any comments will be appreciated, experience, advice etc.

3 years probation, rule out 14-19. No testing is the best part of this outcome. I have yet to take it, so I am just wondering what is going to the best decision for my life as of now. I have a active, non restricted LVN license that was once disciplined (3yrs probation) and just got hired at a Hospital with it so not sure if taking another round of probation on a RN license will work out. If I take it this decision becomes effective Nov 27th, soooooo my attorney decided to submit a letter of reconsideration.

Not sure if that would do anything, but requesting letter of reprimand/reproval so I can continue my education, or reduction to 2 years probation, and clarification on "if respondent is prescribed psychotropics reports need be submitted or seek out a Np, Md, that will submit reports after being made aware of my alcohol abuse in the pass" something like that.

People do make mistakes and trust me I have made plenty of them, I am just ready to move forward and get this all behind me. There is life after probation as I see using my LVN license. I have had had opportunities as a LVN while on probation and after. At this point I am thinking about taking it, they want me to do PROBATION soooo bad. A letter or reprimand would have been a more fitting discipline but that's my view. I am truly worn down and almost out of fight.

I will definitely keep ya updated. Thanks for all the comments I appreciate it.
