How are people doing competency verification in light of social distancing and gathering limitations?

We would typically have two 12 hour days of "mandatory madness" and push ~100 people through CAUTI, CLABSI, 12-lead, restraints, mobility, psych care etc.

Looking for some suggestions!

They are being done one at a time, both parties masked, nobody else in the room. But we don't do annual skill fair days like that anymore. They are done unit by unit instead, by the unit educators, Nurse III level nurses and super users, divided into quarterly competency rounds. . It counts toward points for clinical ladder to check people off.
