They really don't teach much about Occupational Health in nursing school, nor is there much information in text books or online. I was extremely nervous for my interview as well. My advice is be honest and be yourself. You will want to know, or at least express willingness to learn about OSHA, NIOSH, and CHAOC rules and regulations. Occupational Health nursing is very rewarding and you will get to learn and be certified in many different occupational areas and specialties.
Still waiting for their call last time they were still finishing up the building. Its a newly built hotel so im really hoping i will get the job. Right now i pass a resume to a manufacturing company that produce top carrageenan products and supplies the F&B industry.and when i got there they wanted me to apply also to their sister company. So its like two birds in one stone. I really wanna focus on OHnsg. From an emergency nurse enthusiast to OHN is really a big leap for me... Gudluck to me and thanks regards to all
