I haven't found a forum yet for this semester, re applying for the 2nd time. Extremely nervous.

I think its safe to say we are all just concerned about if our stats are good enough for admission, at the end of the day, it is a competition! I've heard of them accepting advanced TEAS score when GPA was low, and lower TEAS scores when GPA was high! I guess that makes sense. We can only hope the competition isn't too steep for this cycle.. which may be true since they pushed the deadline back. I'm hoping we all get good news sooner than later.

Yea its just nerve-racking. I didn't get into UMSON and Towson for this Spring, and I personally think I have better chances at CCBC but I don't I'm strong enough to get through another not accepted. LOL

Fingers crossed we get accepted! but if not, Would you consider applying for CCBCs LPN program and then bridging over to RN? I see alot of people saying they did that, and I am considering it as a back up myself. as bad as I want the RN program.

I'm not sure, I'm 21 right now and I have time but I personally want to go for the RN program and then do RN to MSN in Nursing/Clinical Informatics.

I am in my early 20's too haha, RN BSN to MSN is also on my goal check list. Aesthetics, Neonatal or Psychiatrics.

Hmm okay not so bad I guess, because I know them extending the dead line for the application means more applicants to look at LOL.

? You're right about that. I've heard them say in the information session essex has more seats, so they could take up to 64. Catonsville 50-60

Did they say anything about Catonsville having more seats too? I applied for Catonsville.

Not that I remember. Catonsville seems to be popular!

How do I find out about these information sessions? I want to learn more about Essex.

They usually have them posted on the connect 2 CCBC when you log on, this information session was held on over Zoom on Jan 16th I think? they also had an SHP application workshop recently at Essex.. but most of the info that they said verbally was in the nursing admission packet. aside from them answering questions!
