I am trying to find a chart that shows common metric equilivants for intake and output. For instance: How many mls is in a popsicle, jello, etc. Anyone have a link that would help me? Thanks, Kellyhutch

this may vary by brand of prepared food.....you need to know that 1 oz=~30 ml, and go from there....
