Columbia University Masters Direct Entry (Hybrid MDE) - Fall 2025

Anyone has submitted an application for this program? I decided to rollover my previous application to this one, but a bit pessimistic that they would actually accept me 🙃

Hey all. I received an offer! I will be speaking with my family tonight to discuss but most likely will accept. Would anyone like to make a group chat or Facebook group for anyone who decides to accept the offer?

Still waiting for my offer/decisison! Wondering when exactly they will send all of them out, I am also kind of like they said that they would send them all out at the same day, so a little confused. I checked my portal and nothing!

That's so frustrating! I am really sorry. Same thing happened for the Summer 2025 application as well where they didn't announce all at the same time. Hopefully you hear back soon!

Congratulations on your offer, first off! I'm praying I will be joining you, but whatever is meant to be will be. I have other options for programs but Ithis is my top choice. Yeah they need to do better, it's not fair to applicants and it's every year they have issues with this. Ugh I pray it's not a whole other week, but we'll see. Also it's not realty as many applicants so I'm wondering if there's an error? IDK I'm not gonna over think

Wondering if anyone who has applied could share some more info about this new program? I'm an MDE/DNP alum and no one from my cohort knows anything about the establishment of the program. Nor do any of the current MDE/DNP students that I know. CUSON hasn't listed any details about it on their site so just wondering how people were notified about it and what the details of the program are. Thanks in advance!

Hi! I recieved an email about the new program near the start of Summer and when I went to apply to any of the CUSON programs it was listed as HMDE. We were sent a course overview/plan in the program annoucment email. I did notice that there isn't anything listed on their website currently, which I am hesitant to. If you would like I can send you the program annoucment email. It just lists courses that will be taken over the 2 years. I am planning on accepting, but there isn't a total cost breakdown listen anyweher which I need to see before I am able to commit to the program.

Hi - I was accepted, too and hesitant cause it's a newer program and nothing is on the site.

I would be really interested to see that email if you don't mind sharing it 🙂 . There are many things that have given me pause over the years with CUSON LOL and I admit when I saw this, I was confused...because the existing MDE program is already a hybrid program...so I'm not sure how they're trying to sell this as something different (especially if they're planning to charge you even more).

Last week. 

I was accepted to another program and kinda don't know what to do. Considering this is a newer program, what are all of your hesitations?
