I have seen some coloring books that are labeled for Anatomy and some that are labeled for Anatomy and Physiology. Is there a big difference? Or is it just personal preference? I would assume that as long as you get a decent one that covers all of the systems then you'd be ok right? Or is it good to just ask an instructor on his/her recommendation?

I also have the Kapson & Elson ones and I have found them very helpful. I have also photocopied some of the pages, whited-out the labels, and used them to quiz myself on the parts.
I have found that a combination of fine-tipped markers and colored pencils are best for getting the right colors and enough contrast without losing details. (pencils when you don't want to lose detail, markers for bold colors like arteries.)

Thanks for the tip!

Yes I used flash cards too. I bought big index cards from Walmart, and they sell rings like 12 to a package, and I hole punched the cards, and put them on rings according to each test. They came in really handy during finals since I had them already done.
I used the dry erase board to draw and label pics, and to write and rewrite things from my flash cards. For me writing really makes it stick in my head. They also sell packs of different colors of dry erase markers so you can make the different parts stand out. It makes it really easy to do since you just wipe and draw or write again.
