Colorado New Grads- Do you have jobs?

U.S.A. Colorado

I am graduating in May from UCD and I am curious how recent new grads are fairing in our great state. I am hearing horror stories of people not being able to get jobs and working in waitressing, grocery stores, etc. Who has found a job? Who hasn't? What has worked for you and what hasn't? I am not attached to any one hospital, but would like to stay in the Denver Metro area.

I'm looking to relocate to Cheyenne in the next couple of months. CRMC will be opening a handful of new grad residency positions soon, and I plan to apply. Graduated from an ADN program in New Orleans last month, working toward a BSN. LPN since '13, worked two years in med surg/tele, currently inpatient psych for the past year. Any words of wisdom or current info on CRMC or job market in SE WY/northern CO you guys can share? Thanks so much in advance!

I live in Cheyenne. I go to the community college here. Crmc is hiring lots of rns right now. Not only for residencies they will hire new grads in certain departments to, so apply to all of it.
