Collin College LVN to RN bridge Summer 2022

I am making this thread in hopes of finding students that will be applying to the Collin College LVN to RN bridge program for Summer 2022. I am so nervous because I am still taking Microbiology but I was told to apply any way. I just wanted to create a space where we can be anxious together and wait the process out. I turned in my application on 03/30/2022 and I did not do well on the TEAS. I look forward to hearing from others!

I turned my app yesterday3/31/22. I applied last year(anyway) even I was only at Minimum TEAS score. I took TEAS 2 times this year to bring score up. See what happen but this is long process and nerve wreck for me. I only took Microbiology from Collin and all other classes were transferred. Wishing usGood luck and get in!

I applied on 3/30 and am also anxiously waiting to see if I get in. I took A&P amd micro a long time ago (like 20 years ago) before I knew what I wanted to do for sure and then had to retake it as part of nursing school pre-reqs so I'm hoping that doesn't count against me since it was forever ago.  Have a 3.6 science GPA, 82.7 on TEAS and 19.3 points (if I don't lose any for re-takes).  Hoping we all get in!!

The wait is going to drive me crazy! I know I am not applying in the best position, especially with me currently taking Microbiology but I am still hopeful. I am wishing us all the best!!

Myself and my sister in law applied. I’m currently in Microbiology. I already retook A&P 1 & 2 because the other school I applied to required it be within 5 years. I don’t even know how many points we have we just mailed in our apps with everything needed.

TrisLVN that is awesome that you are applying with your sister! Hopefully us currently being enrolled in Microbiology will not be an issue!

I got in!! Conditional of course as I have to finish my Microbiology class. My sis in law is waiting on her email. Hopefully she gets in too.
