Hey everyone I haven't seen a forum for this one yet and decided to create one.

I applied for Fall, the deadline to apply was 4/15/24. I've read that it should take about 6 weeks to get acceptance or denial emails? So wait? They've accepted ppl for Fall? I applied for the LVN to RN bridge.

Oh! OK. I think everyone in here so far is either doing LVN or ADN. I'm not sure if anyone knows anything about the bridge program. Maybe someone does and can answer your questions!

Okay I'll look for that one! Thanks for your help!
Marissa Wells said:Here is the facebook group if you guys want to join! It'll be a good way to get to know each other and help each other throughout the program:

Just clarification for anyone who comes along reading this. This facebook group is just for the ADN cohort that starting Fall 2024. I think there are other threads for the LVN, LVN-RN bridge, BSN, and Spring 2025 programs. They may have their own FB groups. We've gotten a couple join requests for people in the other programs so I wanted to clarify. ❤️Also make sure you answer the membership question!

Is a score with
anatomy & physiology 1 -Grade C
anatomy & physiology 2 -Grade A
Microbiology - Grade A
with TEAS score 93.3%
is it considered competitive? Will I get in?
I'm thinking of applying for Spring 2025...
I believe the minimum score that was accepted for the Fall 2024 cycle was around 22 points, and it looks like you have 23.33 points (assuming no repeated courses), so you may have a chance. But it really depends on the number of applicants who are applying and the scores they're applying with because each cycle is different.

Thank you so much, I think the application is open for Spring 2025
also what do we submit for application?
do they require Essay?
recommendation letters?
im so scared
So the application itself is just a form you need to submit; this can be found on Collin's website. Once you submit your application, an email should be sent to you (the one you put on the application) asking for the specific documents to upload (all unofficial college transcripts, TEAS score, etc). You won't receive any email confirmation on whether your documents have been received by the nursing department, so once you upload your documents and submit, I would reach out to the nursing department and ask if they have been received. Also, make sure Collin has all of your official transcripts as well. Then, you'll wait about 6-7 weeks until you get your results.
No essay nor recommendation letters are required.
Don't worry, you got this!! You still have plenty of time to submit everything! Let us know if you have any further questions 🙂
