Hi I am also an alternate, please post on here if anyone gets in. It's very possible! Does anyone know how to see what alternate they are ?

I wish I would've found this thread earlier LOL?. I was chosen as an alternate for the Summer year-round program. The bottom of the letter says I'm number 8, so I don't have much hope that I'll get in, based on what I'm reading on here ?. I applied for Kaweah Health sponsorship, but I haven't heard from them at all about that. They accepted me for sponsorship for the Unitek program, but I didn't go through with it cause I would end up paying $68k ?. I also applied to West Hills College's nursing program, but I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm hoping I'll get a notification from them soon. Anyone else in a similar situation?

I bought the ADN bundle yesterday, but things have been crazy around here so I haven't started much else. Gonna knock out the drug test tomorrow and drop the paperwork off on Friday and start the whole Tb test process. It's crazy- we've got this list of deadlines for stuff to get, but there's gonna be a MASSIVE list of other sh!t we have to get soon after too ? Do you know what they meant by enroll? Did we not have to do that already in order to apply or is there something extra we're supposed to do there?

You are so right, I'm sure there will be another list of things we will have to do after the orientation ? I believe by enroll they mean apply through California community colleges for COS so you can get a student id number specific to COS.

This list is insane!! I'm going to do my drug test today, and turn in my paper work to the campus since I'll be in Visalia already. Keep it up everyone! Our future is around the corner!!
