I just received my letter and I've been chosen as alternate #5. I honestly feel pretty good about it! Anyone have an idea of what my chances of getting a seat might be?

Congrats! You may have already said... How many points did you end up applying with?

Thank you! I had 70.6 I believe.

My letter was delivered! I have informed mail and the image wasn't included in today's mail so I didn't think it was going to be in my PO box so I was definately surprised. I am so happy because I got accepted! Good luck everyone !!

Congrats! How many points did you have? And what did you score on the TEAS?

My friend got in last semester as alternate 7. Maybe you will. I’m not sure. It depends on how many people accept their spots I believe. But you still gotta do all the stuff as if you were selected.

I applied with 82.5 points TEAS 82. I wasn't sure if they were going to accept all the points/credits or if I calculated correctly.  I'm happy it worked out. Stay positive!

Luna and fortuna! Hello fellow classmate! I also received my acceptance letter. I had 80.2 points and a 90.2 on the TEAS exam. I look forward to meeting you all via zoom! For those still waiting. I wish you luck!

Congrats girls!! Exited for you!!

Can someone please help me: what number or email to contact COS nursing department? And will they provide me with status of my application over the phone? Thank you!

Congrats!

I got my denial letter earlier today, I applied with 69.9 points. Congrats to everyone who got in, goodluck! I’m bummed out but this is my very first time applying for nursing programs and I’m only 20 years old so my time will come. ??

Do not get discouraged. You are very young and you have already completed all the requirements to apply so it may not seem like a big deal but in reality you have already accomplished a lot. It took me over 2 years to get my classes completed because I was only able to take one class per semester and there's a lot of competition at my community college to get into the science courses. Try to work on the areas you may be able to improve your points such as your TEAS scores. You are really close to the cut off points for this cohort so if you can score higher on your TEAS start studying now and retake it so you reapply again with more points before the next application deadline. Best of luck !
