Hi, there!

Did anyone here get accepted into CSM Fall 2015? Just wanted to get a head start and get some communication going with future classmates, answer each other questions, etc.

I can't believe nursing school is about to start in a few weeks. I bought some things from Amazon that I've read are helpful for nursing school.

-RNotes: Nurse's Clinical Pocket Guide

-WhiteCoat Clipboard - Nursing Edition (foldable & fits in scrub pocket)

-Note pads (3x5)

-Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN

-Student planner

Also, what laptop are you guys planning to use? I have a really old one that I use as a desktop (too heavy to carry) so I've been thinking about getting a newer/smaller one. I know some schools have requirements on the laptop specs, but CSM didn't list any. I'm looking for something budget-friendly. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I'm going to use my two year old Apple MacBook Air for school. Sorry, I don't know which budget-friendly laptops are good. Chromebook laptops might be for you if you don't mind having to rely on having most of your files/documents stored in the cloud (Google/Dropbox/etc.).

Hi all, I've been accepted to fall 2016. For those of you that started in fall 2015, can you PM me information and you're experience with CSM's program. I also got accepted to CCSF and wanted to compare them. I would appreciate it if someone can get back to me, because I need to make a decision soon and I'm hoping I make the right one. Thanks!
