i am planning to take the exam in ontario for RN, will i be able to register in college of ontario? ielts scores as follow:
speaking 7
writing 6
reading 6.5
listening 7.5
or do i need to retake the ielts?

You shouldn't need to repeat the IELTS. You will need to produce a copy of your results for any jurisdiction that asks for it though.
with the ietls scores above, will i be able to register in college of ontario? will my scores be accepted, in other words did i pass?
The CNO website says regarding language proficiency: Candidates may demonstrate by successfully completing...
"The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with a minimum score of 6.5. The minimum scores required to demonstrate reasonable fluency in written English on the IELTS are 6.5 in listening, 6.5 in writing and 6.5 in reading. Spoken fluency in English can be demonstrated by successfully completing the IELTS with a minimum score of seven. (The IELTS includes an integrated speaking test.)"
So it looks like you need to brush up on your written English and rewrite the test. Sorry.

wow! thanks for the info. yeah, you are right. i just checked the site in BC and Alberta my ielts score is accepted.
