Sorry I've been MIA.

The registration process was not the best.. I went the first day for registration & because of the new system it made things a little stressful. Glad it's over...

How is everyone doing with the checklist? July 14th is almost here....

Hey jlee,

To accept the award you have to go to studentloans,gov then under the graduate/professional studies tab you have to click on complete loan agreement for a subsidized/unsubsidized loan (MPN). I need to accept my award as well. The lady I spoke with at financial aid said its best to accept the award before the semester starts.

Hey,

I went to the doctors today to get the vaccine form filled out and tomorrow morning I will be doing the drug test. My MD said I should get the lab results back before the 14th. Is anyone going to the basic life support/first aid training that will be done at the school on Monday July 10th? Has anyone ordered there uniform yet?

Everything is verified on my immunitrax account except for my first aid. I'm going to take the class this weekend and should be all set by July 14.

Seems like everyone is on track. That's great!

I'm pretty much set with everything. Just waiting from them to verify my physical form.

I am also waiting to hear back from the health services department. I wanted to know if the paper of the physical form had to be submitted before the 14th as well. Not sure if anyone would know here but I will keep you posted on what I find out.

I have actually been having the worst struggle with getting everything in. I am awaiting my labwork AND drug test results. For the background check I have yet to get anything back on how to get the background check. Is that the same as the drug test? My first aid class I am completing on the 14th thru somewhere else and my uniform I haven't bought yet due to me being out of state.

For this all to be submitted by Friday I am completely stressed.

I double checked with health services & the department mentioned that the physical form and immunizations can be faxed to the department directly. Their hours are different during the summer so just call ahead to make sure someone is there.

@jlee93 I don't remember specifically each step of the background check & drug screening but if I'm not mistaken I think once your background check is completed the next step for the drug screening will be provided. Just keep in mind once you select your location to do the drug screening you'll have 48 hours to have it completed.

My cost wasn't only 153 not 220 as someone previously reported. Did I do everything right ?

@jlee $153! The cost of the drug test/background check was $220 for me. Not sure what everyone else paid. Does that price include both the drug test and background check?
