i am newly licensed LVN && i dont want to stop, i would like to transition... i'm doing research on the college network... && looking into others, my community college is extremely packed... thanks in advance for any guidance and direction ; )

Specializes in Complex pedi to LTC/SA & now a manager.
I am also looking into the college network. After I spoke with an advisor, I started doing some research and seeing a lot of bad reviews, so I sent an email to ISU asking about the program and college network. They sent me a message basically telling me to go through colege network for the transition courses and then apply to ISU. I am thinking that if ISU suggested it then it must be ok, right? I already have all of my prereqs done, I just need the transition courses. I have already taken the TEAS test too, so they said I won't need to take that again. It all sounds pretty good, I am just concerned about all of the bad reviews!

Check out the ISU forums on this board, click on colleges in the yellow bar, then select Indiana State University forum from the list...lots of tips and information there. I'm working from a mobile device but I'll see if I can post a link
