Yes! I applied Friday. Nice, I was unaware of an information session. Would you be kind to share the link if possible or do I have to sign up?

Hi, Could you please share the email of admission counselor if you don't mind? Cuz I am in different country and my phone number is not available in a "information form"... and there is NO admission office's email address!

There is no way to contact the admission counselor...It would be grateful if you share the email address!

Thank you!

Please, future nurses, read my comments in regards to CMSV. I am currently a student. The entire nursing program is horrible. The school is a complete catfish. They are under investigation by the CCNE due to their low NCLEX scores. Do not come here. They are desperate for students but once you're in you are all alone. So many people I started with have left the program. Have gone to other programs. Everyone is in disbelief by how horrible this program is. It is 100% set up to make students fail. They just want the money, and next semester there'll be a new round of innocent students who are excited to have gotten accepted into nursing school.

I'm also a student and I don't think the school is that bad what people fail to realise is that the program is accelerated which means the workload is much and need to dedicate alot of time to study but people want to eat thier cake and still have it. For the NCLEX they have not been doing well but there is alot of improvement especially the last NCLEX they had 90%.

I am happy you are having a great time at the school. unfortunately a large portion of students do not share this sentiment. I did not have a professor for the first 3 weeks of my online classes, my other class had to be taught by the dean for the first 1-2 weeks because they too did not have a professor for the class, they did not disclose certain financial aid information to me upon admission, a lot of my experience has been self teaching without any guidance from instructors. The ABSN is very difficult, but the generic group follows our same structure, except they don't have a Summer semester. So technically they are accelerated too I guess. No one is saying the program needs to be easier, but it should be structured better and offer a lot more support to current students since we are paying a higher amount than most of the local ABSN programs. The clinical simulations have also been a joke. Lack of supplies, we have to share supplies, simulations arent typically very realistic because of the lack of supplies. But the school does have a pretty campus so thats a plus!

I think the problem here is for this fall they took alot of students which is more than the facilities they have. I will advise people not to do the online stuff with the school it's online so you have to teach yourself everything. Why do I have to teach myself when I'm paying the same tuition with people inperson. My advise is if you have opportunity to switch to in person just do that. I'm in person and I don't have any issue even with the almighty med surge. Lols.

What is the avg student loan debt when graduating? Is 135K reasonable ?

It depends as I  only took 71k loan.

Makes sense from what I've heard asking around. Were you told to get the loans separately? For instance 1 loan for the first 2 semester and then another for the last 2?

Yes because of the interest.

Great! Sounds good! Does the school provide any grants or scholarships for their students in the ABSN program? And any study recommendations on any of the courses or all?

I think. For me I was not qualified for grant because of my spouses income.

Yeah my package seems very basic. I expected some type of scholarship or extra grant
