College of Marin 2015

Hey everyone,

just wanted to see if anyone else has applied for college of Marin's nursing program? We should be hearing back soon from what I've heard.

They must still be between 49-51 right now. Hope not everyone has accepted!!!

Still nothing. They still must be 49-51 right now. I emailed Joan last Thursday and she said the number they're on (49) hasn't changed and she wouldn't know any more for a few days.

Have to turn in an acceptance/decline in seven days. That's probably why it takes a while. I wish you the best of luck!

For those of you who have been accepted and are entering COM's program this fall congrats! I just finished my first year in the program and loved it. The program is rigorous but the instructors are incredibly dedicated to their students success. I'm an open book if you have any questions. Enjoy your time off this summer because when school starts you will be beyond busy.

What were some things you wish you had done prior your first semester?

Can be something you should have learned/refreshed yourself from prereqs, bought something etc.

What did you find difficult? Is there anything we can do during the summer to prepare ourselfs

also When it comes to exams.. Are they super hard?

What hat was ur schedule like for the first semester? Did classes at 8? Trying to prepare myself because I have a daughter!
