When I talked to a counselor they told me that we should know this week, because they have to notify us when to take the teas. Now I'm nervous!

Are you sure it's 150-200 applicants? bc my counselor told me it was 114 people. May be I miss heard and it was 140. :eek:

Yea that's what I thought. It was a nursing professor who told me about it, so she may not know about the exact procedure. I am wondering if I should go again, but I don't want to be a pestâ€¦

Good luck on the TEAS! The problems are not that bad if you can calculate manually and took science classes recently. I got hang up with some English questions since it is my second language.

I feel pretty ready. I've been studying everyday for the past couple weeks. Just a lot of reviewing. I started a new job today so that slowed me down a little but I still feel pretty good.

I think that we have all received different information from talking to people. No one seems to be on the same page. We should find out soon enough I guess.

Whoops I didn't see jangong91's post earlier!

What a nursing professor told me was "several hundred," but less than 200.

Last year was about 150, so 114 sounds a bit low. The less the number, the better it is!

I'm okay with 150, that sounds reasonable. 200 is a little high, since they only take 35-45 students. I wouldn't think that the number of applicants would dramatically increase that much over a year, but who knows.

Hi!

I called led the other day and they told me that 131 student applied and the teas exam will be May 7th or May 9th! They said we should hear the end of April!! I'm hoping it is soon before then! I can't take the waiting anymore

That's more what I was thinking. And I know that they have to notify us in April because of the teas. I think it's funny how everyone is getting different information. It makes it confusing! Hopefully we hear back this week.

I wonder if they are going to be able to take 35 or 45 students?

I thought it was 33 then there are 10 alternates from last year who are going in this year. To make it a total of 43. That's how I've heard they always do it.. Also I know a girl who was number 107 and is among the alternates from last year who is going in this year.

im hoping they get they get down to those high numbers! It would mean we all have a good chance of getting in! Because 131 applicants is not a big number compared to other schools around us!

I'm thinking forsure they should let us know this week!
