Has anyone applied for College of Mainland nursing program for Fall 2015?
@KALFRN14 no one I was told I would get an email when it was complete and I got that today...but apparently you are suppose to request your transcripts to be evaluated a semester before you want to start because it takes a while. When I requested them to be evaluated the lady had me to write nursing program Fall 2015 on it so it could push mine up to the top of the list.
So I called and estella confirmed no summer health assesment! So all nursing students will now take a 16 week course in the fall instead of the 8 week. Not sure the details but she just explained they were lengthening the fall class for the health assesment. And she explained also the acceptance letters can run anytime from now to the end of the month. I hope sooner than later.

Thanks for the update @angelboys3 are they going by alphabetical order or what?

Okay well I'll call and see if I can get a rush put on mine and let them know ok applying for fall nursing program.
That made me so mad, I was really ready to start and get into the rythm having to take that class in the summer would have really lighted up the fall semester with only taking 6hrs, which means less classes to focus on and better grades as for me I dont know about others.
AMEN!!!! @Jaethoma
Lee did the same thing with Health Assessment...made it a 16 week course instead of 8 weeks. During Lee info session they said they got feedback from students that they feel they could have been more successful if Healthcare Assessment was longer, by the time they started to actually think like a nurse the class was over and they barely passed
