I havent seen a forum for this application period. So, i wanted to create one, in hopes of, support and encouragement during the waiting period. ?

Hi! I was selected as an alternate & submitted my acceptance response for the alternate spot... Now, Im just waiting to see if i get in the program.. Did you get selected as an alternate, as well??

No I didn’t get alternate, I’m just asking to see if maybe I still have a chance of getting in even though they rejected me.

My co-worker was initially denied and last minute received an email offering her a spot in the program... So, don't lose hope!

I hope that for some miracle this happens to me. I’ve waited about two years since I last finished all prerequisites and aa prerequisites to get accepted into a program. This wait is brutal. Good thing is I have a spot at lattc but I’ve been waiting so long already.

I completely understand.. Last fall (2018) I was eligible to apply, but still had GE classes in progress... I have completed all core pre-req classes & in the process of finishing GE req class.. I've been applying since last fall, but, because I didn't have all me GE req I was bumped... Although, I was selected as an alternate (not good or bad news), I'm still remaining hopeful??

If things don't work out, atleast you have a spot at LATTC ???
