College of the canyons spring 2017

i just applied to COC RN program for spring 2017 and am seeing if anyone else has also! I have also applied for moorpark and thinking about applying to Glendale as well. Should I be studying for the TEAS? I don't have a high GPA in bio (all Cs...) do I even have a chance of being accepted??

just bought some of the books on amazon! just to clarify, the med-surg book won't be used until march right? also, is it only for skills lab that they're strict on what to wear? i believe in lecture we can wear whatever for the first week of school

I believe that is true. I did not buy med-surg yet. I have the fundamental text and drug guide and I am waiting on the drug therapy to be delivered. I would wear comfortable clothes. I think they want you to look professional so like a business casual??

I just received my books. And they are heavy!! Just wondering what of bags did you guys get? Any recommendations? I might get the one with wheels

Hi. I was thinking of getting one with wheels but I think I'll just wait to see how many books we will have to bring to class. A lot of the times they off powerpoints.

I bought a wheelie one. I know people like to make fun, but that Fundamentals book feels almost as heavy as my 4 year old!

Omg! lol exactly! It's like the heaviest book I own. And the drug therapy book is pretty heavy too. I thought it would be paperback. What bag did you get?

I got it at big 5 on Soledad Canyon in Canyon Country. The brand is Outdoor Products. It was on sale for $44.99. I like to take my book with me so if I have some time to kill I can study. Can you believe we start Monday??!! In the rain!! Hopefully, it will be lucky for us. Do we all have Corbett?

I'm looking for some bags online. I'm most likely getting one with wheels if our books will be that heavy. Coz I'm also bringing my laptop and my binder í ½í¸
