College of the Canyons Fall 2022 Applicants

Hello everyone,

I am hoping to connect with other COC Fall 2022 ADN applicants! Perhaps we can share updates and stats as we go through the selection process for this year's application cycle. We can also use this thread to talk about any other programs we are also applying to as well as help each other out!

I got accepted as well! Congrats to everyone who got in, and if you are an alternative, don't lose hope - there's still a really high chance of getting into the program as an alt.! good luck everyone :))

I believe only what was in folder 1 right? ?

I couldnt even find folder 1! ? I thought they said to just do CPR and fire card if we want since we’re alternates and there are no requirements for us? I know I’ll bring the checklist, but other than that, I’m not sure what to bring! ?

I know it was hard finding folder 1 but it’s on the canvas page under “Pages”!!  Also, it says for alternatives - “Have printed out and with you, for the orientation, the items required in FOLDER 1 . ” so I think you need to bring all the paperwork printed out in Folder 1. I believe it is 10 different forms

There is no word about Folder 1 on my email

You need to click on the link in your acceptance letter. It will take you to canvas and from there you look for folder 1.

Ya I don’t know why the email didn’t mention info about Folder 1. But on the canvas page, they attached 10 forms in folder 1 that says we need to bring with us to orientation

12 alternates got in! I was #24 (which is the last alternate) and now I'm #12.
