Chamomille (Manzanilla) tea is good; as long as there is no family history of allergies. Holding baby's feet and moving both legs together up toward the belly in a circling motion works; and helps expel gas. There are also other Infant Massage Techniques that work. Hold the baby on his side across you arm, belly to belly. It seems to be a comfortable position that relieves cramping.
