CNM/WHNP schools

I currently have my RN license with BSN degree and my dream is to become a midwife. I've also strongly considered becoming a WHNP as well. I know most require a Master's degree, but I've found a school where you can become a midwife with a BSN degree. I've also found separate schools for each CNM and WHNP, as well as some schools that offer both programs but not together.

My question is, are there any schools that offer both courses that you can take relatively together?

Any online?

Anywhere I can go in with just a BSN into the program?

I will consider anywhere in the country, but preferably either Missouri, Arizona, or the North-west areas
