What type of input are you seeking?
Hi Sorry about that vague question....rumor has it here in the San Jose, CA area that they are fazing out the LPN's -- apparently not cost efficient.
That is very discouraging to hear, I thought LPN's contributed alot to patients, I am not in anyway downing a CNA, everyone who works in a healthcare setting is an asset.
What can an LPN do that a CNA can't and if hospitals continue to faze out the LPN who is going to pick up the slack??? Scary reality for RN's who are overloaded as it is.
Any thoughts?
