hey I heard you can get a job as a CNA as soon as you been through my first clincals? can you?

?can anyone help me out

Generally when you are in nursing school after you've completed Fundamentals of Nursing then you can sit for the CNA test and start working as a CNA. I don't know if that works in all states but I think it's true for most states. Hope this helps.

Specializes in CNA.

well I live in California, and as far as I know, you CANNOT work as CNA until you receive your LICENSE. which entitle that you are Certified to work as Nurse assistant...other ways is like, you are saying that your already have the Certification when you haven't got it yet. That's Negligence... you can Start working as CNA as soon as you pass your final written and Skills Test and have proof that you will receive the license soon. Then you do can work as CNA without any problems.. I am talking of the state I live, IDK it may be different else where..

I hope this info help.

Happy New Year!
