does anyone know how hard it is to open a school? (or, how easy it is?)
just am curious...the schools in my area are so unorganized. how do they do this?

Check your board of nursing.
My old CNA instructor is opening her own LPN school soon. She told me it takes a lot time and a lot of paperwork to open up a school.

anybody can start a cna "school" (class) in nc, but it won't be state approved, you have to comply with all the red tape to operate a state approved cna class.
most employers just want a cna (i think anybody can challenge the test), they really don't care if/where they went to class (state approved or not).
