Hey everyone, I just got hired as a PCA (Patient Care Assistant/CNA) for a hospital and this is my first exposure to hospital environment outside of my nursing school clinicals.
1. The unit I am going on will give me 6-8 patients a shift to take care of. Do you have any tips for prioritization to stay on top of all of the patients?
2. Are there any must-see topics on this cna/pca forum that are must-reads for those going into this? I want to be as prepared as possible.
