Some places will do a hybrid program with lecture work online and practical skills in the classroom. Nowhere does (or at least should do) 100% online. A program that is 100% online will not meet the criteria necessary for certification with the state. Look around you local area, many 100% in-person courses are surprisingly flexible in scheduling if you have to work around a current work or school schedule.
The training school I went to had full-time early morning, day, and evening options (4 weeks), part-time day and evening (6 weeks) and week-end only (10? weeks) for classroom, and a choice of 4 different clinical time/location options.
