I am a new grad LPN BUT if it takes longer than expected to get my license endorsed I need to work as a cna in the meantime. Here in Ohio we have to have a license to do this, do you have you have to have a license in Ga?

I do not think you need a license just certification.

CNA is strictly a Certification title, it is not a licensed position. States amy require that you hold a certificate or registration in that state, but it is not a licensed title.

I believe that here in Georgia you do have a certification or some nursing homes or hospitals have to provide you with so many hours of training and then you will only be able to be an Companion. I hope this helps;)
