Consider going to the hospitals that you are interested in and speaking with someone in human resources about your options. Some places have CNA courses and will train you on the job or if they don't, they may be able to refer you to training courses.
Just an fyi..... dress up for your trip to HR. Don't show up in jeans and a sweatshirt. Trust me... I hire lots of nurses and support staff and quick impressions count. I can't tell you how many times perfectly acceptable applicants blow their chances of getting a job by showing up in inappropriate clothing! Good luck...

Hi there, need some advice
I have 3 semesters to go before graduating AAS program. I want to work as a CNA or Nurse tech. Most of the Hospitals i inquired want to take extern students in their final semester, preferrably a BSN (sucks right?). As an alternative, im thinking maybe i should take a CNA exam so i can get in and work in the hospital.
Do you know where to apply to get a license? I looked at the board of education website but it doesnt talk about CNA licensing. Please, let me know how to go over it. Thanks a lot.
