CNA license with a juvenile history???

Ok...So, when I was 11, an older friend of mine stole my mothers car because I gave the keys but really didnt know much better-I was in the car and once we got caught by the police my mother pressed charges "as a lesson" but, I did get convicted, I think...I was 11 and really I don't know what I was charged with if I was charged, I did serve some time in a juvenile center. So, my question is really...I'm 18 years old now, I want to answer honestly but, if asked I have not a clue where or how to obtain the records, as I don't even clearly remember the name of the town I got caught in. I have asked my mother but she says she doesn't remember because my great grandmother took over custody of me and had all the paperwork, I assume. She has since then pasted away and I have no idea where to start. I have no other charges are records that I know of. I'm just curious if it's something that I need to mention, if I am even 100% sure I was convicted. If I say no and it's there I don't want to be considered lying or covering up you know. Before I get tons of people saying unhelpful and rude things, I realize precautions are for the safety of the patients and others and I am not trying to scam or lie. I'd like opinions or facts on the issue. Thank you all for reading.

Oh, I am applying for license in FL by the way but, I have not lived in the state for more than 5 years so, they will be checking by a FBI background check. The state I was caught in was VA and I was from MI. If this information helps at all in giving accurate repsonses.
