I was offered the primary nurse aide instructor position at the long term care facility I have been an LPN at for 12 years. We just began doing the NATCEP program again after many years of not having classes and I am also the first LPN to teach, bc of the constant revolving door of administration no one has been in administration since we have had a class. My program coordinator is just as new as I am to this so she doesn't have much knowledge. I have done 4 classes now and still struggle with clinicals. I have been trying to research tips about how to do clinical better but have found nothing. If anyone has any tips or knows or any books or other resources I would greatly appreciate it!
