Cna course at Csn

Published

HELLO,

This is my first time posting anything here and I would like to know if there are any students attending the CNA course at CSN this fall ? OR are there any previous students that can tell me what I can look forward to this upcoming semester ? I'm almost done with my prerequisites for the RN program and decided to get my CNA so I can get some experience beforehand. I don't know many people in las Vegas and would love to hear about your experiences with the courses .

Thanks in advance

CNA was awesome. I hated the lab class, lecture was boring, but clinical was a great experience. All my teachers were great. Since you've already done you're pre-req's, I think you'll be fine for the didactic portion.

Hello, I just enrolled in the CNA program! I'm going for the nursing program as well, just need to take my biology classes so i will be applying for next spring. I decided to go for to CNA program to gain some experience and to see if nursing is really right for me :)

Awesome! I am taking it for the same reason I'm pretty excited. I still have all of my biol's to take as well. Well bio and math I decided to take math 120 for the extra points. Did you order the uniform top yet? I ordered it at the orientation but have not heard back from them yet.congrats to you and good luck on your journey !

I actually missed the orientation, just enrolled in the program this week, last minute decision. Have to go pick up the packet of what to do before classes start today. Hopefully I will get my uniform top in time, guess I will try to order that today too. Did I miss anything important that's not in the packet? And good luck to you as well! :)

I take lecture Monday nights (I'm on my way there as a matter of fact) Saturday morning is my clinical and Sunday is my lab ! Good luck to you on your midterms !

That is great where do you plan on working when you graduate? I would love to get a Unit Coordinator position at the hospital!
